OBITUARY
Services are private for William J. Seidler, 47, of Lanoka Harbor, who died Tuesday in the Community Medical Center, Toms River.

Arrangements are by the Riggs Funeral Home, Forked River.

Mr. Seidler was the co-owner and operator of Seidler & Sullivan Inc. for five years. Earlier, he was the owner of Car-Tel Communications in Forked River and a consultant to major telecommunication companies.

He was a member of the "International Who's Who of Professionals."

Born in Newark, he lived in Montclair before moving to Lanoka Harbor in 1972.

Surviving are a son, Jarrett; his father, Frederick B. Seidler, and a brother, Frederic.
